AP Rapid Reaction LIVE: Let’s talk Chiefs and Packers

Let’s talk about Kansas City’s loss to the Green Bay Packers.

On Week 13’s “Sunday Night Football,” the Green Bay Packers defeated the Kansas City Chiefs 27-19.

Kansas City had two true possessions in the first half — but possessions stalled in the red zone, resulting in field goals. The Chiefs also had several players go down with injuries . One of them was linebacker Drue Tranquil, who has been playing as the MIKE while Nick Bolton has been out with his injury.

In the second half, Kansas City took another blow when safety Bryan Cook had to be carted off the field.

The Packers’ offense outplayed the Chiefs’ offense. In the third quarter, Jordan Love lobbed a fourth-and-1 pass 33 yards to Romeo Dobbs for a first down inside the red zone. A couple of plays later, Love threw a high ball to Christian Watson for a touchdown.

But watching Isiah Pacheco run the football was a thing of beauty. Pacheco finished with 118 yards and two touchdowns — his third game rushing for over 100 yards.

Patrick Mahomes' fourth-quarter interception was the game’s final blow.
