For the first time this season, Friday’s final injury report did not have an injury status for any Kansas City player. So all of the inactive players shown here are healthy scratches.
James went on on the team’s Reserve/Injured (injured reserve) list with an MCL injury to his knee after the Week 2 game against the Jacksonville Jaguars. He was a full practice participant for the last two weeks after being designated to return — and was activated to the roster on Saturday.
With a full 53-man roster available for the first time in a number of weeks, the Chiefs did not activate any practice-squad players for Monday night’s game.
The Eagles have also released their list of inactives. As expected, tight end Dallas Goedert (forearm) will not play against the Chiefs.

Goedert was Philadelphia’s only rostered player to be declared out for the game in Kansas City. The rest of the inactive players are healthy scratches.
The Eagles have elevated practice squad linebacker Ben VanSumeren for the contest. As an elevated player, he will automatically be restored to the practice squad on Tuesday. He is active for Monday night’s matchup.
