Dry those eyes and hold that head up high young man. You played exceptionally well. You helped your team make it back to the AFCCCG in back to back seasons and forced our Kansas City Chiefs to play right down to the wire. That is a testament to your ability as a player and something to be proud of. It pained me, as a Chiefs fan, to see you hurting and in tears on the bench. More so because you were alone and with the exception of one, none of your teammates were there to lift you up. Only one stood by your side in the locker room in front of the media. Do not be discouraged you played outstanding all year and even in this game. Keep developing your craft. It’s going to make it that much harder for us and others in the league.
