With the Kansas City Chiefs’ 2021 training camp just two weeks away, Arrowhead Pride has added seven new contributors to its team. In their first post, each new contributor (listed alphabetically) introduces himself and shares what led him to Arrowhead Pride:

I was born in Kansas City, Missouri, and after graduation from Northwest Missouri State University, I moved to Southern California. I have been a Chiefs fan since birth — and covering the team is a dream come true.

What’s up, Chiefs Kingdom! As a kid from Kansas City, I can honestly say this is a dream come true. Just like you, Arrowhead Pride has been my number one source for any and everything Chiefs-related. Now, as a member of the team, I look forward to adding to the legacy. Let’s go!

I love to write, and there is nothing that I am more passionate about than the Chiefs. The opportunity to write for Arrowhead Pride gives me the chance to combine my two favorite things. AP has long been the destination for those like myself who live and die by this team. I can’t wait to commiserate and make a slew of new memories with you all. Thanks for making the dream real, Chiefs Kingdom.

What’s good, Chiefs Kingdom!? It is exciting times around the Kansas City sports market and I am excited to join the Arrowhead Pride team. You might have heard me on 610 Sports Radio from time to time producing or hosting talking about the Chiefs and I’ll continue to do so with AP. A little about me is that I love the outdoors, working out, playing video games and hanging with family and friends. If you know me then you know my favorite sports teams, but if you don’t know my teams feel free to reach out and ask at your own risk. I enjoy continuing to grow my sports media career. Cheers!

Greetings, Arrowhead Pride. I have been reading this site for a decade and posting here since 2017. This community has become a big part of my life, and I am so excited to be a part of it. I am a lifelong, die-hard Chiefs fan since my middle school years in the mid-90s. I am originally from Joplin, Missouri, but now doing my best to extend the Kingdom to Fort Worth, Texas.

Greetings, Chiefs Kingdom! I am very much looking forward to helping provide some of the quality Chiefs content you deserve. My background in football includes experience as a coach, player and Scouting Academy student. Chiefs football is something I am incredibly passionate about, and anyone truly close to me in life would tell you that has been the case for 10-plus years now. I believe there is no better place to marry that passion and the contributing skills I hope to let shine than at Arrowhead Pride where so many other incredible content creators have excelled. Can’t wait to get rolling — go Chiefs!

I’m a native-born Kansan (strike one for some of you), but I grew up on football fields in Texas, where hard work is the only cure for dehydration. When I hung up my cleats, I found a new home in writing. I have since developed an appreciation of the finer things — water, sitting at a desk, working out at an LA Fitness that sometimes has air conditioning — but the hard work never ceased, nor the love of football. I have been an avid reader of AP for years, and I am honored to help it continue to grow in the years ahead and talk with you all about our favorite football team along the way. Catch me gloves off in Twitter threads at the first whiff of disrespect toward Tyrann Mathieu. [John Malkovich voice: Pay that man his money!]
