Among Chiefs fans and media outlets — both in Kansas City and across the country — there were many who emphasized the importance of Veach “nailing” thet 2021 draft. While perceptions of his success will obviously change over time — players don’t always work out as expected — right now, fans’ overall impression of the draft seems to be very favorable.
