Some notes
- The Chiefs have two players who won’t suit up against the New York Giants — linebacker Anthony Hitchens and defensive tackle Khalen Saunders (knee).
- Fullback Michael Burton (pectoral), defensive lineman Chris Jones (groin/wrist), safety Tyrann Mathieu (illness) have no status, meaning they are good to go.
- Two of the Chiefs’ late-week additions to their injury report are questionable — right tackle Mike Remmers (knee) and cornerback Charvarius Ward (foot). Both players were limited on Thursday and Friday.
- Fullback Michael Burton (pec) was limited for the second straight day.
- Giants key skill-position players, running back Saquon Barkley (ankle) and wide receiver Kenny Golladay (knee), are out for the game — a break for the Chiefs.
- Receivers Kadarius Toney (ankle) and Sterling Shephard are officially questionable, though it is reportedly looking good for both players.
