Kansas City confidence

Following the team’s 27-3 loss to the Tennessee Titans, confidence in the Chiefs has hit the low point of the season. Only 23% of fans are still confident in the team. We will see if that rises if the Chiefs can beat the New York Giants on Monday Night Football. At this writing, that seems likely — DraftKings Sportsbook currently has the Chiefs as 9.5-point favorites.
Playoffs!? You’re talking about playoffs!?

At 3-4, the Chiefs face an uphill climb back into the AFC playoff picture. This week, we asked Chiefs fans how the team will finish the regular season. 51% of fans see the Chiefs as a Wild Card team, 31% believe the Chiefs will be out of the postseason, 14% of fans still think the Chiefs will win the AFC West division and 4% are holding onto faith that the Chiefs will clinch the conference’s top seed and single bye week.
The blame game

A common topic discussed this week has been who is to blame for the Chiefs’ early-season struggles — so we asked Chiefs fans who they blamed for the problems. 33% blame defensive coordinator Steve Spagnuolo, 26% blame head coach Andy Reid, 15% blame general manager Brett Veach, 6% blame quarterback Patrick Mahomes — and 19% blame someone else.
