The Kansas City Chiefs will attempt to win their second game in a row as they travel to play the Tennessee Titans in their Week 7 matchup. Kansas City has opened as 4-point favorites on the road, according to DraftKings sportsbook.

The Chiefs were 6.5-point favorites against the Washington Football Team in Week 6, and they covered the spread in their 31-13 win. The Titans have yet to play their Week 6 matchup — they play on Monday Night Football against the Buffalo Bills.

The Chiefs-Titans game Sunday marks the first rematch of the 2019 AFC championship, which the Chiefs won 35-24. Led by defensive end Frank Clark, the Chiefs held running back Derrick Henry to 69 rushing yards in the victory. So long as he stays healthy on Monday night, Henry should enter the game as the player to watch, considering his 128-yards-per-game output thus far in 2021.
