Each practice day of the season, the Kansas City Chiefs release an official injury report leading up to the next game. The Chiefs host the Buffalo Bills for the AFC championship on Sunday at 5:40 p.m. Arrowhead Time.

Some notes
- Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes was a limited participant at practice all week, but on Friday, he revealed that he had cleared the concussion protocol. He will start on Sunday.
- Only one Chiefs player has been ruled out for the game — linebacker Willie Gay (ankle) — which was to be expected. Gay suffered a high-ankle sprain in Week 17. If the Chiefs win, there is a chance Gay could be ready for the Super Bowl in two weeks.
- Four other Chiefs — running back Clyde Edwards-Helaire (ankle/hip), cornerback Rashad Fenton (foot), wide receiver Sammy Watkins (calf) and running back Le’Veon Bell (knee) — are questionable.
- Cornerback Bashaud Breeland cleared the concussion protocol on Saturday.
- The Bills only have two questionable players: wide receiver Gabriel Davis (ankle) and defensive tackle Vernon Butler (quad). Davis was an emerging target for the Bills offense down the stretch of the season, and Butler is a rotational defensive lineman.
- Wide receiver Stephon Diggs (oblique) is good to go, as is wide receiver Cole Beasley (knee), who was re-added to the injury report on Thursday. Beasley had been limited in practice the last two weeks with the knee issue. Beasley wasn’t on the injury report on Wednesday, but he was limited on Thursday before going through a full practice on Friday.
