Betting odds favor the the Kansas City Chiefs by 10 points over the Cleveland Browns in their Divisional round playoff game at Arrowhead Stadium this Sunday. Holding the first seed of the AFC playoffs, Kansas City had the weekend off while the sixth-seeded Browns defeated the third-seeded Pittsburgh Steelers 48-37 in Sunday’s Wild Card game at Heinz Field.

Kickoff is set for 2:05 p.m. Arrowhead Time.

It’s was the Browns’ first playoff appearance since the 2002 season, their first playoff win since 1994 and their first road playoff victory since 1969 — a playoff drought that will sound familiar to longtime Chiefs fans.

Meanwhile, the second-seeded Buffalo Bills are favored by 2.5 points over the fifth-seeded Baltimore Ravens in their Saturday night matchup to be played in upstate New York. The Bills defeated the Indianapolis Colts 27-24 in their Wild Card game on Saturday, while the Ravens advanced by defeating the Tennessee Titans 20-13 on Sunday.

In the NFC, the first-seeded Green Bay Packers are favored by seven points for their Saturday afternoon home game against the sixth-seeded Los Angeles Rams. The second-seeded New Orleans Saints are favored by 3.5 points at home against the fifth-seeded Tampa Bay Buccaneers. That contest will close out the Divisional round games on Sunday night.
