Just a few days after playing a key role in defeating the Chargers in Los Angeles, Kansas City Chiefs safety Tyrann Mathieu is holding a voter registration event at Union Station on Tuesday in celebration of national voter registration day: September 22.

Mathieu teams up with the KC Election Board and Rock the Vote to host a voter registration event.
All fans will have the opportunity to register to vote, apply for a mail-in ballot and vote early, in-person as an absentee voter. There will be resources on voting rights as well as information on where to go for ballot notarization.

Mathieu — along with Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes — has been focusing on voter registration efforts this offseason.
