Tyrann Mathieu to host voter registration event at Union Station Tuesday

The Chiefs’ safety continues with his voter registration campaign.

Just a few days after playing a key role in defeating the Chargers in Los Angeles, Kansas City Chiefs safety Tyrann Mathieu is holding a voter registration event at Union Station on Tuesday in celebration of national voter registration day: September 22.

Here is more information on the Chiefs safety’s “Flex Your Freedom” event:

Mathieu teams up with the KC Election Board and Rock the Vote to host a voter registration event.

All fans will have the opportunity to register to vote, apply for a mail-in ballot and vote early, in-person as an absentee voter. There will be resources on voting rights as well as information on where to go for ballot notarization.

The voter registration event runs from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m.

Mathieu — along with Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomeshas been focusing on voter registration efforts this offseason.
