In our latest edition of the Arrowhead Pride Editors Show, we reviewed the recent statements made by the Kansas City Chiefs, Patrick Mahomes and Chris Jones.

The Chiefs posted their statement on Monday, as they opted to suspend their “ReLIV” campaign, which was essentially a replay of the Super Bowl season.

Quarterback Patrick Mahomes posted his own statement, hoping that one day the world can grow to be more like a locker room — where all races, background and communities are accepted as one.

And defensive tackle Chris Jones passed his condolences while calling for change without “self-destructing” of people’s own communities.

In the second half of the show, we discussed Chiefs news over the past few days, including our own takes on the Jones contract negotiations, Peter King’s prediction for the Chiefs to repeat as champions, as well or whether or not Mahomes will receive a contract that is paid for by a percentage of the salary cap.
