Who will the Kansas City Chiefs pick in the 2020 NFL Draft?
The first round of the NFL Draft begins on Thursday night at 7 p.m. Arrowhead Time. The Chiefs likely won’t pick until hours later because — as the reigning Super Bowl champions — they select No. 32 overall.
With that being said, we’ve rounded up some of data that is out there regarding which prospects the Chiefs are interested in. The following table lists every prospect eligible for this year’s draft that the Chiefs are known to have shown some kind of interest in:

Visits
In a typical, non-coronavirus year, the Chiefs would have been allotted 30 visits. These visits are critical as the Chiefs medical team can evaluate a player and he can meet with Andy Reid and the coaching staff.
Senior Bowl (SB) and Shrine Game (SG)
These are the players the Chiefs spoke with at the college all-star games.
Combine
Teams now have 45 formal interviews at the NFL Combine.
FaceTime
Video conferencing replaced some of the normal pre-draft interview methods this year as a result of social distancing rules.
Analysis
This is only a small percentage of the Chiefs’ draft interest across the board, but their interest in positions does seem to match need. The Chiefs have starting cornerbacks they feel good about in Bashaud Breeland and Charvarius Ward, but they could use competition and depth. You can never have enough EDGE players, and with Emmanuel Ogbah’s departure to Miami, the Chiefs are down to just Alex Okafor and Tanoh Kpassagnon as proven contributors to line up on the other side of the line across from Frank Clark. Eric Fisher’s $14.7 million 2021 cap number makes him a potential cut candidate for next season — that is, if the Chiefs can find someone they can develop at the left tackle position.
