The Kansas City Chiefs held a fan rally in Bayfront Park in Miami on Saturday, and the event was highlighted by a speech from the team’s radio play-by-play announcer, Mitch Holthus.

HOLTHUS: “When it’s over, we win! We have also brought to Miami the MVP, the best quarterback in the National Football League, Patrick Mahomes! We have brought the most resilient team in the National Football League to Miami, who trails by 24 in a Divisional playoff game and wins by 20! We have brought the most laser-focused team to Miami that I have ever seen in my brief 26 years as the Voice of the Chiefs. We’re going to win this thing! And we got a challenge — the first game of this whole deal is today because the 49ers are going to do this at 3 o’ clock, and by the time we’re done, they won’t even want to have their party because we’re going to show them what it’s all about — the Chiefs Kingdom! Coach Reid is meeting right now with the team, but if he was here, he would say, ‘How about those Chiefs?’ And you also know what we brought to Miami — we brought the sweet nectar of the end zone. Because when we score, it ain’t like any team in the National Football League. So say it with me on three. One, two, three — TOUCHDOWN, KAN-SAS CITY! Let’s do this!”
