Some notes
- Two players missed practice for the Kansas City Chiefs on Wednesday — cornerback Bashaud Breeland (illness) and linebacker Dorian O’Daniel (ankle). O’Daniel sprained his ankle in the Chiefs’ last game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. It’s worth noting (in 2020) that head coach Andy Reid referred to Breeland’s illness as a stomach virus.
- Offensive lineman Martinas Rankin (knee) made his first appearance on an injury report since the team activated him from the physically unable to perform (PUP) list on November 10. Rankin was limited. A knee injury cost Rankin his season in 2019. Defensive lineman Tanoh Kpassagnon (hip) was also limited.
- Right tackle Demar Dotson did not practice, but it was not an injury-related reason. Dotson is still apparently receiving treatment on his hand, according to the report. Elijah Wilkinson was reportedly working at right tackle in place of Dotson.
- Broncos starting linebacker Malik Reed (shin) and running back Phillip Lindsay (knee) missed the first practice of the week and reportedly worked out indoors away from the team.
