Some notes
- Chiefs safety Tyrann Mathieu (hip) popped up on the injury report on Friday — never a good sign with a game approaching two days later. Mathieu was limited Friday due to his hip issue and is officially questionable thanks to the injury.
- After not practicing all week, Chiefs linebacker Damien Wilson (knee) is out against the Dolphins. Reid confirmed rookie Willie Gay Jr. would be in line to receive Wilson’s reps on Sunday.
- Only two Dolphins were ruled out — running back Salvon Ahemed (shoulder) and left guard Ereck Flowers (ankle). Linebackers Elandon Roberts (chest) and Kyle Van Noy (hip) are questionable.
- Miami running back Matt Breida and cornerback Jamal Perry are currently on the reserve/COVID-19 list and are not listed on the injury report. The Dolphins’ top running backs will be Myles Gaskin and former Chief DeAndré Washington.
