Kansas City Chiefs defensive tackle Chris Jones is through the COVID protocol, as first reported by Bob Fescoe of 610 Sports Radio. NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport later confirmed the report.
Per a source Chris Jones has passed protocol and will return to practice today #chiefskingdom

We had mentioned in our notes Thursday that Jones’ timetable was unknown, so it would be unclear if he would be able to participate in Sunday’s game against the Carolina Panthers. If Jones is indeed through the protocol, that means he should be good to go for the game.
The Chiefs have a scheduled media opportunity at 1 p.m. Arrowhead Time, when we should be able to learn more about the situation.
