Some notes
- Defensive end Taco Charlton (knee) returned to practice after missing all of last week and the game against the Denver Broncos due to injury.
- Right tackle Mitch Schwartz (back) and wide receiver Sammy Watkins (hamstring) continued to miss practice. Schwartz had to leave the game against the Bills after one series and did not play against the Broncos. Watkins missed both games entirely.
- Defensive tackle Chris Jones missed Week 4 against the Patriots due to a groin issue, so it’s worth noting that he was limited to begin the week on Wednesday.
- The New York Jets listed 14 players on their injury report. The New York injury report was as expected, though it has been reported that wide receiver Jamison Crowder might try to practice on Thursday. Crowder missed the Jets’ last game due to a groin injury.
