Chris Jones will play against Raiders; DeAndre Washington will not

The Kansas City Chiefs have released their list of inactive players for their Week 5 game against the Las Vegas Raiders on Sunday. Star defensive tackle Chris Jones — who was out with a groin injury during Monday’s game against the New England Patriots — will be available.

With the exception of rookie defensive end Michael Danna — who was placed on injured reserve Saturday after suffering a hamstring injury on Monday night — no Chiefs player had an injury designation in the week’s final injury report. So all of these inactive players — including running back DeAndre Washington, who was signed to the active roster from the practice squad this week — should be considered healthy scratches for the game.

The Raiders have also released their inactive list. Rookie wide receiver Henry Ruggs III and right tackle were both listed as questionable on the final injury report, but will play against the Chiefs.

Defensive tackle Maliek Collins and wide receiver Rico Gafford were also listed as questionable on Friday, but will be inactive against Kansas City. None of the other inactive Raiders players were listed on the team’s Week 5 injury reports.
