Each practice day of the season, the Kansas City Chiefs release an official injury report leading up to the next game. The Chiefs host the New England Patriots on Sunday at 3:25 p.m. Arrowhead Time.

Some notes
- Defensive tackle Chris Jones was limited (groin) for the second day in a row.
- Defensive end Alex Okafor (hamstring) practiced fully for the first time since Week 1 on Thursday. He is tracking to play on Sunday after missing two games.
- Patriots starting right guard Shaq Mason (calf) was added to the injury report on Thursday. He was limited in practice.
- The four other players listed as limited for the Patriots did so for the second day in a row.
