Notes:
- TE Travis Kelce and S Jordan Lucas both missed Thursday practice due to illness. Chiefs communications confirmed that the same illness has been passed around the team the last few weeks. WR Demarcus Robinson returned to practice Thursday after missing practice due to illness on Thursday.
- DE Tanoh Kpassgnon has been removed from the injury report after receiving treatment to his hand on Wednesday.
- 49ers running back Tevin Coleman suffered what was reported to be a dislocated shoulder during the team’s win against the Green Bay Packers on Sunday. While he did not practice on Wednesday and Thursday, there is optimism in San Francisco that he will be available for the Super Bowl.
- 49ers defensive end Dee Ford was limited for the second day in a row. WR Dante Pettis missed practice due to illness.
