Some notes:
- As head coach Andy Reid said on Wednesday afternoon, defensive tackle Chris Jones was held out of practice. He is recovering from a calf injury he sustained at the end of last Thursday’s practice that kept him out of the Divisional round game against the Houston Texans. As noted, running back LeSean McCoy and backup quarterback Matt Moore were both held out of practice due to illnesses.
- Reid also said that tight end Travis Kelce would be on the practice filed as he deals with soreness in his IT band — a tendon than runs down the outside of the leg. Kelce first appeared on the injury report with this issue last week, but played effectively on Sunday.
- All other players were present and participating fully in practice — including cornerback Morris Claiborne, who has now missed four games after sustaining a shoulder injury. But according Reid, his absence last week (and in Sunday’s game) was for personal reasons.
- The Titans also have a sick player who was held out of practice — cornerback Logan Ryan — and five other players who had limited participation in Wednesday’s practice.
