Each practice day, the Kansas City Chiefs will release an official injury report leading up to the next game. The Chiefs take on the Baltimore Ravens at Arrowhead Stadium on Sunday at Noon Arrowhead Time.

Some notes:
- Running backs LeSean McCoy (ankle) and Damien Williams (knee) did not practice for the Chiefs to start the week on Wednesday. Before practice Andy Reid was asked about the two backs’ participation: “McCoy might do a little bit, but Damien won’t.”
- As expected, left tackle Eric Fisher did not practice as he gets ready to have core muscle surgery on Thursday. Wide receiver Tyreek Hill being held out again is also no surprise.
- It’s worth noting that quarterback Patrick Mahomes is still listed on the injury report (ankle) as a full participant. The full participant designation is a good sign, though it means he is still receiving treatment for the issue. A few other Chiefs, including Travis Kelce and Demarcus Robinson, were listed as full participants on the injury report.
- Ravens safety Earl Thomas missed practice, but it was not injury related. Tight end Mark Andrews, who leads the Ravens with 16 receptions, did not practice due to a foot injury.
