Byron Pringle posts adorable video with son; Mitch Holthus commentates

The former Kansas State and current Chiefs receiver posted a Fourth of July video, and the “Voice of the Chiefs” chimed in.

Twitter can be an awful place some days, but every so often, it has its moments.

We’ve noted that Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Byron Pringle is a player to watch heading into training camp in just a few short weeks, and as it stands right now, I have him cracking the team’s 53-man roster as its fourth receiver once camp breaks. Pringle probably would have made the Chiefs last year had it not been for preseason injury.

The wide receiver posted an adorable Twitter video of his son throwing him a pass on the Fourth of July.

“My son lil B is my offseason QB and he dropping [dimes],” Pringle wrote. “P.S: he don’t believe in no water breaks.”

And if that wasn’t good enough—it gets better.

Mitch Holthus, who has been the Chiefs radio play-by-play broadcaster for more than 20 years, chimed in with some commentary:

1. Good hard count 2. Pocket presence 3. Knows JUST where to go to NOT get flag 4. throws you open like Patrick Mahomes (you were NOT open) 5. Put ball where defender couldn’t get it 6. Touchdown KAN ZAZZ City 7. Get this little guy on the Chiefs Kingdom Show.

“Touchdown KAN ZAZZ City.”

Anyone else read that tweet in Holthus’ voice?
