We have used the month of March here at Arrowhead Pride to identify Patrick Mahomes’ best 2018 play by way of a 32-play tournament called Mahomes Madness. We just wrapped up the “elite eight” right here. We had our closest matchup of the tournament in the elite-eight round, when “The Scramble” beat “No Look” by just 14 votes.
Now we’re down to the “final four,” and you have until Sunday, March 31, at Midnight Arrowhead Time to vote. Let’s get to it...
The updated bracket

We’re continuing our voting with the final two matchups of the tournament. Watch our YouTube video (as posted above or by clicking here) to watch the plays and vote below.

Final four matchup No. 1
1. “4th & 9” vs. 1. “The Scramble”
- The favorite to win this region was a do-or-die fourth down to help the Chiefs come back and beat the Ravens.
- Mahomes’ first touchdown in Arrowhead Stadium was quite the reward for a fan base starved for a franchise quarterback. He rolled left, rolled right and found Chris Conley in a tight window in the back of the end zone. It’s art.

Final four matchup No. 2
1. “Lefty” vs. 3. “No. 50”
- The left-handed throw was a huge moment in the creation of Mahomes’ legacy in his run to the MVP award. On Monday Night Football, with current Cowboys tight end Jason Wittencalling the game, Mahomes made one of his most creative and clutch third-down conversions of his season.
- The final regular season touchdown pass of the season was an explosive, broken play where Robinson elected to take the play deep and Mahomes hit him as he stepped up in the pocket to deliver the longest touchdown pass of his season.
