Each practice day, the Kansas City Chiefs will release an official injury report leading up to the next game. The Chiefs take on the Tennessee Titans at Nissan Stadium Sunday at Noon Arrowhead Time.

Some notes:
- QB Patrick Mahomes practiced fully for the first time since dislocating his right kneecap back on Thursday Night Football against the Denver Broncos on October 17. NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport suggested the news is an indication he will be “good to go” against the Titans this week.
- Only two Chiefs — LT Eric Fisher (groin) and DE Alex Okafor (ankle) — did not practice for the Chiefs.
- DE Frank Clark (neck), RG Laurent Duvernay-Tardif (ankle), and CB Kendall Fuller (thumb) were once again limited — a positive sign as they try to return to action.
- Four Titans — LB Jaylon Brown (groin), DT Jurrell Casey (shoulder), WR Corey Davis (hip) and TE Delanie Walker (ankle) — missed practice completely on Wednesday.
