Some notes:

  • Three Kansas City Chiefs missed practice on Friday — TE Blake Bell (ankle), DE Emmanuel Ogbah (pec) and DE Alex Okafor (ankle). Chiefs head coach Andy Reid confirmed Thursday that Ogbah had surgery to repair his torn pectoral muscle. His season is likely over.
  • RT Mitchell Schwartz (knee) was limited once again. RG Laurent Duvernay-Tardif (ankle) and LT Eric Fisher (groin) were full participants for the second day in a row. Duvernay-Tardif hasn’t played since Week 8 and Fisher hasn’t played since Week 2.
  • RB Damien Williams missed practice but was excused (not having to do with injury).
  • The Chargers revealed that RT Sam Tevi (knee) had surgery on his meniscus Friday and it could take a couple of weeks for his return. LT Russell Okung (groin) was held out for the second day in a row. Chargers head coach Anthony Lynn has said rookie Trey Pipkins would make his first career start at left tackle if Okung is held out. Second-year OL Trent Scott will play right tackle with Tevi out.
