Some notes:
- The most significant news of Wednesday was that Chiefs WR Tyreek Hill (shoulder) finally returned to practice after missing the past few weeks. Hill was limited, as was DE Alex Okafor (hip) and RB LeSean McCoy (ankle).
- RB Damien Williams (knee) was a full participant after not participating in practice the past two weeks. LT Eric Fisher (groin) and LB Dorian O’Daniel (hamstring) did not practice.
- The Indianapolis Colts had six players who missed the first practice of the week — highlighted by WR T.Y. Hilton (quad), WR Parris Campbell (abs) and RB Marlon Mack (ankle). Hilton has now missed the last four practices. Head coach Frank Reich said that Hilton “is progressing.” The Colts’ upcoming bye week could play a role in whether Hilton participates in the game on Sunday.
- Colts LB Darius Leonard’s status was limited, as was to be expected.
