Editor’s Note: Arrowhead Pride obtains snap count data from the NFL’s game stats and information system, which allows us to break out snap counts by run or pass on offensive and defensive plays. Because GSIS data ignores plays that were nullified by penalties, total offensive and defensive snap counts will vary from other sources, which get their data from NFL Gamebooks

  • Because of the injury to starting QB Patrick Mahomes, backup Matt Moore ended up with about two-thirds of the Chiefs’ offensive snaps (38 for 66 percent).
  • RB LeSean McCoy led Chiefs running backs in offensive snaps (25), and the play-calling was more balanced with him on the field than it has been lately. McCoy saw 12 pass plays and 13 run plays.
  • OL Stefen Wisniewski (4) and rookie OL Nick Allegretti (2) mixed in for a few snaps.
