ALLEN COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE: De’Anthony M. Thomas, 26, Lee’s Summit, Missouri, was booked into the Allen County Jail by the Allen County Sheriff’s Office on suspicion of Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
The Allen County Sheriff’s office is located in Iola, Kansas.
#Chiefs spokesman tells me the team is aware of De’Anthony Thomas’ arrest and has no further comment at this time.

Thomas will soon be an unrestricted free agent after spending the first five seasons of his career with the Chiefs. Thomas had just three receptions for 29 yards and a touchdown in a 2018 season that was cut short due to Thomas suffering a broken leg in practice.
The Chiefs placed Thomas on injured reserve in mid-October.
Thomas took less money to come back to the Chiefs last offseason, but it remains to be seen if the team brings him back again.
Like in the case with Demetrius Harris, Thomas could be subject to a suspension from the league for the arrest.
