Chiefs acquire safety Jordan Lucas from Dolphins in trade

The new Chief was a sixth-round pick in 2016

At 6 p.m. Arrowhead Time Friday, the Kansas City Chiefs announced the acquisition of another player—they have acquired safety Jordan Lucas from the Miami Dolphins.

Lucas, 25, was a 2016 sixth-round round pick out of Penn State. He has played in 19 games for the Dolphins but has no starts. He’s listed at 6 feet and 190 pounds.

According to Terez Paylor of Yahoo! Sports, the Chiefs gave up at seventh-round pick in 2020 for Lucas.
