The following players were held out of Kansas City Chiefs training camp in St. Joseph, Missouri, Thursday morning:

  • OL Gordon Dillon (undisclosed)
  • WR Marcus Kemp (ankle)
  • DL Derrick Nnadi (elbow)
  • ILB Reggie Ragland (knee, NFI list, has not practiced)
  • CB Keith Reaser (quad strain suffered on 7/29)
  • RB Charcandrick West (concussion suffered on 7/28)

Injured during practice

  • LT Eric Fisher (shoulder)
  • OL Cam Erving (knee)

“Andy (Heck) does a good job of mixing guys and moving them around, so you’re not losing the mental part of it,” head coach Andy Reid said. “The guys know they could step in and play all these positions, which is good. That helps.”

Returned to practice

  • ILB Ukeme Eligwe (had suffered foot strain on 7/29)
