Kansas City Chiefs running back Spencer Ware was limited to individual work during team OTAs.
But the following video clips, via the official Sweetfeet Training Instagram from Wednesday night, indicate that he is probably further along than we all have realized:

Ware looks fantastic, showing little sign of the PCL and LCL injuries that kept him sidelined last season.
Arrowhead Pride medical expert Aaron Borgmann weighed in:
“The video kind of speaks for itself,” he said. “The important part to note is that [Ware] is quick and doesn’t have any hesitation in his movements. His rehab has been done really well. Zero issues looking at that. It’s not football, but it’s impressive.”
Ware will return this season to a crowded running back room and should be in the mix with Charcandrick West, Kerwynn Williams and Damien Williams for the No. 2 spot. Darrel Williams is another player to watch.
These clips are promising for Ware’s chances, to say the least.
