If Thanksgiving is the unofficial start to Christmas, then the end of the first wave of free agency is the unofficial start of Draftmas.

From here on out, we’ll see more Draftmas commercials, Draftmas specials and more attention from the casual draft fans for the annual selection meeting in April. I couldn’t be more excited.

We’re 35 days from the Chiefs first draft pick. Or...is it 34 days? Brett Veach got endless eyeball emojis from Chiefs fans after hinting that the Chiefs just might trade up into the first round on Thursday of draft weekend.
