The Kansas City Chiefs are bringing back defensive lineman Jarvis Jenkins. His agent tweeted out the news. Jenkins was scheduled to be a free agent by this afternoon when the free agency window opens.
Seth Keysor likes the move bringing him back.
I like bringing back Jenkins. He's a guy you can rotate in and not have it hurt you, which is valuable. Also occasionally able to win the 1x1 situations he will inevitably face. pic.twitter.com/CpiAy3QgBO

Jenkins is a role player along the Chiefs defensive line. Considering how few defensive linemen they have under contract next season, they need more depth like Jenkins. There are no terms available yet on the deal like how much money it is or for how long the contract is.
The Chiefs may not be done in the defensive line market. They were rumored to be showing interest in some of the top defensive linemen available — before dropping $48 million on Sammy Watkins, of course.
The Chiefs free agents continue to get chipped away. We have updates on a number of them on what they’re expected to do when free agency opens this afternoon. I would like to hear updates on more Chiefs free agents, particularly Dustin Colquitt.
