February 25: Chiefs expected to cut S Ron Parker, which will free up nearly $5 million in cap space. No defensive Chief played more snaps than Parker last season.
February 23: Chiefs trade CB Marcus Peters and a sixth round pick to the Rams for a fourth round pick and a 2019 second round pick.
February 13: Chiefs will let Derrick Johnson hit free agency. His contract is set to void in March. DJ is the most tenured Chief but was obviously losing a step.
February 8: Chiefs cut CB Darrelle Revis. He was due $10 million in cap space next year so they cut ties.
January 30: Chiefs trade Alex Smith to the Redskins for a third round pick and CB Kendall Fuller.
