I mean this in all seriousness when I say the questions we get on the AP Laboratory are great. We love the places you take the show.

I say this with all respect to episodes of the past but the questions we got this week were the best we’ve had. We had questions about the Chiefs ability to draft on defense, hypotheticals about combining the Chiefs 2014 defense with this year’s offense, a request for a sneak peak at the draft and more.

The question that stood out the most was this: What player has been the biggest surprise and biggest disappointment this season for the Chiefs. Here’s what Craig, Matt and I went with.

Craig’s biggest suprise: Chris Jones and his 14 (and counting) sack season
Craig’s biggest disappointment: Pro Bowl alternate Anthony Hitchens

Matt’s biggest surprise: Dee Ford
Matt’s biggest disappointment: Tanoh Kpassagnon

Kent’s biggest surprise: Austin Reiter and Andrew Wylie
Kent’s biggest disappointment: The early returns on the 2018 NFL Draft class

Our full explanations can be found on this week’s episode of the AP Laboratory. We’d love to hear your answers to this in the comment section below.
