The matchup between Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Tyreek Hill and Jacksonville Jaguars cornerback Jalen Ramsey was a point of focus for fans on Sunday as a result of their exchange through the media leading up to the game.
Hill said Ramsey was “all right” but the “top dog,” and Ramsey noted Hill only won awards for his returning. Ding ding.

Hill finished with four catches for 61 yards including a 36-yard catch down the sideline.
After the game, the media asked Hill about the battle.
“I love a challenge no matter who it is,” Hill said. “I’m always going to step up to the plate. I’m going to win some, he’s going to win some. We’re both pros, that’s what it’s about.”
Ramsey said he was content with his performance.
“I felt like I did pretty well – really well to be honest,” Ramsey said. “I held my own, But, it doesn’t matter.”
Jaguars reporters then asked Ramsey if there was any lingering heat between him and the Chiefs wide receiver.
“No issue,” Ramsey said. “Tyreek and I are cool. I’ve been a Tyreek fan since he came in. Last week, I was surprised at his words. And, then when I talked to him after the game, he was like, ‘I said you were great.’
“But, everyone knows what he kind of said. So, I had to take a shot back at him. But you know, I respect him as a player.”
And so it goes.
