The Kansas City Chiefs lost a 43-40 offensive frenzy to the New England Patriots on Sunday night, with the Chiefs and Pats trading blows back and forth like two prizefighters.
One of the mysteries of the game was whether or not Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes intended to throw to wide receiver Tyreek Hill on the go-ahead touchdown to make it 33-30 in the fourth quarter.
But who could forget his 3rd touchdown where he...doesn’t face really any pass rush whatsoever and badly overthrows his checkdown and OH WAIT TYREEK HILL IS RUNNING AROUND BACK THERE AND HE FOUND THE BALL. TOUCHDOWN MAHOMES!!! TOM WHO???

Friend of the site Carrington Harrison of 610 Sports’ The Drive put up a poll immediately after the play, and fans were split as to whether it was a pass to Kareem Hunt or to Tyreek Hill.
Mahomes was asked about the play after the game, and he delivered his best line yet.
“A magician never reveals his tricks,” he said.
Damn it, Patrick.
