The Philadelphia Eagles had the luckiest catch they will see all year.
The Eagles started their final drive of the first half with 17 seconds left and they were way back on their own 36-yard line. Eagles QB Carson Wentz threw it deep down the left sideline where Chiefs CB Terrance Mitchell apparently didn’t see the ball because it bounced right off his chest ... and into the arms of Eagles TE Zach Ertz!

It was really the perfect tip for Ertz. He was able to haul it in and keep running 53 yards down the field before Chiefs S Eric Murray took him down. Murray saved points right there. Not just the touchdown but the Eagles came in with two seconds left in the half and MISSED the field goal.
The luck is back on the Chiefs side.
