I watched the SoundFX of the Chiefs-Patriots game and it is fantastic. The NFL cameras and microphones caught some cool moments — almost all of them involving Chiefs RB coach Eric Bieniemy.
This guy is so obviously a future coach if you ask me. I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s gone in the next few years (maybe he needs the jump to coordinator first). He seems to relate to the players really well and just has that feeling of a guy I would want to play for.
Watch it here. I pulled out the best quotes below. I’m not sure which one is my favorite.

Hunt: “First time, baby. I’m excited. Let’s go shock the world right now.”
Bieniemy: “There ain’t gonna be no shock.”
Hunt: “Not to us!”

Bieniemy to Hunt and West: “Hear me when I say this. I don’t need a hero. I need a smart man with two hands on contact. Gotta keep the ball high and tight.”

Chiefs OC Matt Nagy to Hunt after Hunt’s fumble: “Remember it’s not how you start, it’s how you finish.”

Bieniemy to Hunt after his 78-yard touchdown: “That’s a great job of just playing fast and running through the catch. No decisions made, he stuck with you. Great job of finishing the play. Now catch your breath. We’re about to feed your ass.”

Chiefs CB Marcus Peters: “Who’s your daddy? Who’s your daddy? I’m your daddy.”
