You may know this already but Tyreek Hill has a ridiculous streak going that is already an NFL record. Dating back to last season the Kansas City Chiefs WR has scored a touchdown on a 60-plus yard play in five consecutive games (not counting the playoffs). The streak continued last Thursday with his 75-yarder against the Patriots.
Here are all of the scores (so far):
2016
Week 14: His 78-yard punt return against the Raiders in December where the fans were chanting his name before he took it back.
Week 15: The 68-yard rush against the Titans that came three minutes into the game.
Week 16: The 70-yard rush against the Broncos the next week.
Week 17: The 95-yard punt return against the Chargers (I always forget about this one).
2017
Week 1: The 75-yard touchdown catch against the Patriots.
Tyreek actually shared this record with Dante Hall (and others) before last Thursday. Remember the 2003 season when Dante Hall had a kick or punt return in four straight games? I never thought I would see something like that again yet here we are.
Next up is this Sunday against the Eagles when he tries to make it six regular season games in a row.
