One of the big “hidden” questions with running backs coming out of the draft is whether they can pass block. I say “hidden” because it’s not like you’re watching a football game and paying attention to how well a back pass blocks. You’re following the ball.
Based on one example, it does appear that KC Chiefs RB Kareem Hunt can pass block. I saw one of PFF’s writers tweet this out showing Hunt getting two for the price of one:

For real though, pass blocking is a thing for running backs. You’re the last line of defense protecting the team’s most important player. You gotta know how to do it in Andy Reid’s offense (and any offense for that matter).
