The only thing worthy of discussion along the Kansas City Chiefs offensive line is the left guard position where Bryan Witzmann, Zach Fulton and an injured Parker Ehinger are competing (well, when healthy).
The right guard position isn’t talked about much because Laurent Duvernay-Tardif has that position locked down. I was listening to a podcast from the KC Star team the other day and caught this interesting note from Terez Paylor:
“I think Larry likes to practice,” Terez said. “I don’t know why Laurent Duvernay-Tardif loves football as much as he does. The man is a doctor, he can just go make a living being a doctor. He just likes beating people into the ground. I’ve never seen nothing like that. He pancaked somebody for no reason. He takes it right to the whistle too.”
He likes beating people into the ground.
Pete has mentioned this at camp a few times too.
LDT just handled Bennie Logan in a one-on-one drill. Not easy and very impressive.

I'm sharing a fact here: when some of the Chiefs' best DL go up against LDT they don't move.

I thought of these quotes from the other day because I saw that the Cowboys were talking about a new deal for one of the best guards in the NFL, Zack Martin. That will surely make him the highest paid guard and continue make LDT’s deal look like a good one for the Chiefs.
