One reason I want Clark Hunt to say something publicly about this John Dorsey situation is because I want to know who is currently running the Kansas City Chiefs.
I see the Chiefs cut two players and signed two more players this week. This Twitter user, Ryan, had the same question I did.
who do you think made this decision?

Who is actually deciding to make those moves? Who is running the Chiefs? The Chiefs don’t have to tell us and it’s not like re-signing Josh Mauga is a controversial move. I’m down with that. It’s July, too. There likely won’t be any more roster moves to make until training camp so I suppose it doesn’t really matter.
Andy Reid seems like the best guess as to the one making these decisions. Some might say even with a GM he would be making these decisions. He has done the personnel side before and he seems to have the team pretty well in his control. This would be my first guess. Reid has said he doesn’t want to do the personnel anymore but maybe he’s doing it in the interim.
Or is there an interim GM? Did the next highest in command in the front office step up as the interim GM after Dorsey was fired? Would that be Brett Veach? Someone else?
I’m just curious, who is making the decisions right now?
