If things don’t pan out for the Kansas City Chiefs at running back or receiver, they can ask their new GM to fill in. Brett Veach, who was announced as the Chiefs new GM on Monday night, has played running back in high school and receiver in college and we have highlights of both.
First, check out this shifty back at Mount Carmel High School in Pennsylvania. He almost looks like a faster version of Dexter McCluster the way he’s bouncing around there. (I don’t know, you got a better comp?)

Then there’s college where he caught this touchdown pass from ... Chiefs OC Matt Nagy! The NFL is as much a who-you-know league as you thought. These two would soon both get a job working for Andy Reid.

I doubt Veach would crack the Chiefs depth chart at running back but at receiver? I’d give him a shot.
