The NFL top 100 list is now done with the top 10 coming out on Monday night. Patriots QB Tom Brady ended at No. 1 which shouldn’t be a surprise given he is the best player on the best team.
A couple thoughts after looking at the top 10:
Two AFC West pass rushers landed on this list. Ugh. The Chiefs offensive line should be better and better over the next few years as they’re under contract and pretty young as it is now. Still, that’s a tough pill to swallow knowing Von Miller and Khalil Mack will be around for a long time harassing Chiefs quarterbacks. It will make Patrick Mahomes’s Super Bowl victory that much sweeter.
Has Aaron Rodgers underachieved? He’s No. 6 on this list. He does have a Super Bowl title so that’s the argument against him underachieving. And, oh yeah, he’s pretty good. However, some say he is the most physically talented quarterback of our generation. He’s going to the Hall of Fame but with just one title can you put him among the all-time greats?
