Eric Berry missed out on the Kansas City Chiefs OTAs, practiced one day of mandatory minicamp and then sat out the final two days of minicamp because of a heel injury. The Chiefs don’t seem concerned about the sore heel.
Reid says he's not too worried about Eric Berry's heel. He watched practice again today because of that.

Berry has had a heel injury previously so that’s why my ears kinda perked up here. I’m sure it’s nothing but it is an injury we’ve heard before. Berry looked to be in terrific shape this offseason so it’s not anything related to him skipping OTAs.
Let’s hope the Chiefs are right and this is not a big issue. Berry will have another six weeks off before training camp starts.
In other injury news, DJ Alexander tweaked his back and sat out.
