Chiefs put Steven Terrell on IR, call up a draft pick from the practice squad

Steven Terrell got his first interception with the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday and was placed on injured reserve on Monday. His season is over.

Terrell had a couple of big plays in Sunday’s game, including a big hit to break up a pass and an interception. I don’t know what the injury is but with only a few weeks left in the season it doesn’t even have to be that serious to land him on IR.

The Chiefs are bringing up a draft pick, Leon McQuay. To be honest, I almost forgot he was on the practice squad. The Chiefs picked him in the draft last year.
