If the Kansas City Chiefs didn’t have quarterback drama then the return of Darrelle Revis to New York would be a bigger story line. But because of said quarterback drama this story line feels underplayed at this point.
Revis is headed back to face the team that drafted him. He should be fresh because he hasn’t played this year (see how I spun that into a positive) after losing weight from last season in New York.
With this being his first game, Revis wouldn’t be surprised if the Jets or other teams come after him.

That side of the field has reliably given up a lot of production to opposing offenses so the expectations have to be pretty low. Even being average or consistent could be an upgrade at this point. Revis is NFL old (32) but it’s not crazy to think he could be capable down the stretch for the Chiefs.
